It’s very easy to get mad about the Universe’s seeming non-comprehension of what you want but stop before you do. Get grateful instead. “The Cracked Plate Syndrome” is a very clear message that you’re on your way but something still needs a little more (or maybe a little less!) attention.
Let’s face it, God has had some very bad PR. Interpretations of the Holy Books haven’t helped. According to the Old Testament, God’s fond of mass genocide (Noah’s Ark), destruction of idolators (Exodus, Kings), flattening of cities (Sodom and Gomorrah in Genesis) and sundry other atrocities.
Sometimes we can’t change the outer circumstances as quickly as we would like – and sometimes we’ve made choices that we regret which land us in less than perfect situations. But, as what we think, what we feel and what we receive are always a perfect match then it’s really important to make peace with the now that we have created up to this moment.
We have resistance because we all have a happiness set point. That’s a grade of happiness that we are comfortable with having and have probably had for a very long time. Usually this would be the level of content that doesn’t threaten others like our parents or which fits in with our childhood belief system
On the Tree of Life, it’s part of what’s known as the “soul triad” which is made up from Tiferet (truth and beauty), Gevurah and Hesed (loving kindness and mercy). So our souls are made up from our own unique and particular perception of truth and of beauty,
