All of these negative words affect our energy system, it may be that we have developed negative thought patterns or habits due to being exposed to negative people or environments from an early age. Or it may be that you are naturally pessimistic the cup is always half empty!
When you learn how to trust your intuition, you know that there are multiple ways we know what we know and the thoughts in are head are trying to keep the physical body safe, and therefore it’s always looking for problems!
We’ve all had those days when we feel low; those dark times when it seems that no matter what people around us say or do we just can’t seem to lift our spirits. It may seem that during these dark sombre episodes the only way to escape them is to just wait it out until our mood improves.
You may see gratitude as a happy-clappy-rose-tinted-glasses trait which denies reality; or you may see it as window cleaner which allows to see things clearly after the sand storm

For much of my life, I truly believed that my thoughts were pretty much beyond my control.
I have always wanted to go and loved its charming canals, beautiful palazzos and incredible churches. Having an over-active imagination I did get the sense that the city showed to on face to tourists and one that is only for the Venetians.
